The Riley 6 Burner Gas BBQ with Integrated Side Burner Unit is designed to be the centrepiece of a modular outdoor kitchen, combining powerful grilling performance with a clean, contemporary design. Built from durable powder-coated steel with stainless steel components, the unit integrates seamlessly with other Riley outdoor kitchen modules to create a flexible cooking and entertaining space in your garden.

At the heart of the BBQ are six 304 stainless steel burners, delivering a total heat output of 31.5kW (approximately 107482.5 BTU) for consistent and responsive cooking performance. The spacious 960 _ 460mm cooking area provides ample room for preparing multiple dishes at once, while 10mm stainless steel cooking griddles and a stainless steel warming rack offer durability and excellent heat retention. Stainless steel flame tamers help distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface for reliable grilling results.

For added versatility, the BBQ also features a cast iron side burner with stainless steel cooking griddle and a powerful infrared rear burner, ideal for rotisserie cooking and high-temperature finishing. The side burner provides 3.6kW (approx. 12,280 BTU) of additional cooking power for sauces and sides, while the infrared rear burner delivers 4.5kW (approx. 15,350 BTU) of intense radiant heat, perfect for achieving evenly cooked roasts and crisp poultry skin.

Designed for durability and ease of use, the BBQ includes a double-skinned hood with integrated thermometer, stainless steel cooking box and a front-access pull-out grease tray for straightforward cleaning. LED-lit control knobs powered by mains electricity glow blue when the burners are off and red when in use, providing clear visual feedback during cooking. The unit arrives fully assembled on wheels for easy positioning and includes adjustable levelling feet to secure the unit once installed. Storage is provided by two drawers and a cupboard designed to house an 10kg gas bottle, and the BBQ connects neatly to other Riley modules using the integrated rear joining plate system.

The body of the unit is constructed from powder-coated steel for strength and durability. As with all outdoor steel products, exposure to coastal environments or harsh weather conditions may lead to corrosion over time, which is considered normal wear and not covered under warranty.
