On one side of the cooking grills you'll find channels that allows any excess grease or oil that drips off fatty food to run down the grooves and into the drip tray located underneath the grill. Above each burner you'll find stainless steel sear plates designed to keep heat distribution even throughout your BBQ. These burners and sear plates will be staggered in your grill to help enable air flow and prevent hot spots forming, for an even cooking finish to your food. We understand the thought of cooking on a BBQ for friends and family can seem daunting. So, grab yourself a BBQ that has been designed to take those worries away. Cook up to 51 burgers on the spacious cooking area. Keep track of the temperature of your BBQ from the handy built-in temperature gauge. Plus the infrared rear rotisserie burner adds a new way of cooking to your barbecue experience. Every chef needs a cold drink on the go as cooking over fire can get quite warm. Thanks to the handy ice bucket in the Prestige Pro model, you can now keep your drinks cold at arms length. They've added a handy bottle opener right there on the front of the BBQ for your convenience.
