Above each burner you'll find stainless steel sear plates designed to keep heat distribution even throughout your BBQ. These burners and sear plates will be staggered in your grill to help enable air flow and prevent hot spots forming, for an even cooking finish to your food. Keep track of the temperature from the handy built-in temperature gauge.

Get restaurant standard grilling with the infrared sear station side burner, that can get up to 800 degrees. Start your steaks off on the BBQ, and finish them off on the side burner by sealing in those juices and creating perfect wave sears, caramelising the meat as you do so. It's the perfect steakhouse creation. Worried about grease and fat dripping off? Don't worry as there's also a drip tray on the side burner, which can be easily cleaned from sliding out the back of the barbecue.
