Keep track of the temperature from the handy built-in temperature gauge.

Get restaurant standard grilling with the infrared sear station side burner, that can get up to 800 degrees. Start your steaks on the BBQ, and finish them off on the side burner by sealing in those juices and creating perfect wave sears, caramelising the meat as you do so.
