Above each burner you'll find stainless steel sear plates designed to keep heat distribution even throughout your BBQ. These burners and sear plates will be staggered in your grill to help enable air flow and prevent hot spots forming, for an even cooking finish to your food. Thanks to the handy ice bucket in the Prestige Pro model, you can now keep your drinks cold at arms length.
